Sealed quotations (technical and financial) in separate envelops are invited for supply  and installation of 12 Numbers 70AH,12V  of reputed brands batteries for 5 KVA- UPS (5000UX APC)  under buy back scheme of old batteries.

Specification of old batteries is Exide-powersafe (EP-70-12), sealed acid battery of 70Ah-12v)

                                    Total no. of new batteries required                    =          12

                                    Total no. of old batteries (under buy back)        =          12

The vendor who will quote for reputed brands batteries will be considered as technical qualified.  CAPART technical committee will have a power to select the final list of technically qualified vendors before opening their financial quotations.

The Vendor will be fully responsible for installation, Operationalisation of supplied items.

It is requested to send sealed quotation (technical and financial) in separate envelops  with detailed terms and conditions. The quotation should be superscribed "Quotation for supply and installation  of UPS batteries". The quotations must be dropped in tender box placed at CAPART, Zone 4-B, U.G. Floor, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Raod, New Delhi - 110003. on or before 24.2.2010
