Post graduate degree in humanities

monitoring of rural development projects in the field of agriculture, animal
husbandry, dairy, fishing, forestry, rural industries irrigation, water supply
and sanitation.
OR
At least 10 years experience in an administrative
capacity in a Research/Technology/Teaching
institution.
