3.         Classification                                         :           Middle Executive Post equivalent to

                                                                                    Group ‘A’ in the Central Govt.

 

4.         Scale of pay                                          :           Rs.  3000-4500 ( now Rs. 10,000-15,200/- ) corresponding to Pay Band

                                                                                    Rs.15,600 – 39,100 (PB-3) +

                                                                                    Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-.

 

5.         Whether selection post or

            Non-selection post                                 :           Selection

 

6.         Age limit for direct recruits                      :           Not more than 45 years

 

7.         Educational and other qualifications

            Required for direct recruits                      :           Essential:

                                                                                    (i)         Post graduate degree in humanities

                                                                                                                         OR

First Degree in Technical/Professional field

OR

                                                                                                Chartered Accountant.

 

(ii)                 At lease 5 years experience in planning

and monitoring of rural development projects in the field of agriculture, animal husbandry, dairy, fishing and rural industries, irrigation, water supply and sanitation.

                                                                                   

Desirable:

                                                                                                Working experience with voluntary                                                                                                           organization/agencies

 

 

8.         Whether age and educational                  :           No

(iii)        With 8 years’ service in the post in the scale of pay Rs.2000-3500:

(c)                 Possessing educational qualifications

and experience prescribed for direct recruits in column 7.
