CAPART Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Rural Technology
( CIPART) situated at
58, Institutional Area, Janakpuri,
D – Block, New Delhi -110058 is organizing
a 5 days
workshop from 13th November, 2007 to 17th
November, 2007 for
2nd & 3rd year Young Professionals (
YPs). This is
the first time that a Refresher Course for Young Professionals
is being organized by CIPART as previous Refresher Courses have
been organized by
agencies like National Institute of
Public Co-operation & Child Development
and Indian Institute of Public Administration.
The course content for this workshop has certain added
elements to make it suitable for addressing the changing
scenario in the voluntary sector as well the rural development
scene.
The five days workshop was formally inaugurated by Smt.
Lakshmi Prasad, Dy. Director General, CAPART on 13 November,
2007. The workshop
will conclude on 17th November, 2007 and will be
followed by five more workshops to cover the entire YP
population posted in CAPART, DRDAs, NGOs, etc.
