COUNCIL FOR ADVANCEMENT OF PEOPLE'S ACTION AND RURAL TECHNOLOGY (CAPART) a registered society under the aegis of Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India invites Applications from eligible candidate in the prescribed format for filling up of one post of Accountant on deputation basis in the scale of pay of Rs.4,000-100-6,000/- (pre-revised) corresponding to Pay Band of Rs.5,200-20,200/- (PB-1) plus Grade Pay of Rs.2,400/- plus allowances as admissible to CAPART employees initially for a period of one year.   The pay of the officer selected will be regulated in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Department of Expenditure OM No.10(24).EIII/60 dated 04.05.1961 as amended from time to time.  Application form and other details may be seen from the Council website (www.capart.nic.in) :-

3.       Eligibility            :         Holding similar posts in Government or LDC with three years service possessing Degree in                                        Commerce.

          Essential              :         (i)       Graduate in Commerce.

Desirable :            :         (i)       Experience in writing Cash Books and preparation of Receipt & Payment Account.

                                      (ii)      Experience of auditing financial transactions in voluntary/autonomous organization.

4.      Age limit      :          Not more than 25 years (Relaxable  in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH/ex-Serviceman/Council/Govt. employees on merits of each case).

5.       Posting                :         All India transfer liability.

The following documents are also required to be forwarded alongwith the applications :-

(a)               Up-to-date Confidential Reports of candidates concerned or PHOTOCOPIES OF THE REPORTS (duly attested by an officer not below the rank of UNDER SECRETARY to the Govt. of India or any other officer of the Department who is competent to do the same) for the last five years ;

(b)              Vigilance clearance indicating that disciplinary proceedings or criminal proceedings are neither pending nor contemplated against the officer concerned; and

(c)               Integrity Certificate and statement showing the details of the penalties, if any, imposed during last five years.

IN THE ABSENCE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUUMENTS, it would not be possible to entertain the application.

The persons with disabilities however may apply if they otherwise fulfill the eligibility criteria. The Council reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates to be called for the Screening test/skill test/or interview and amend or cancel/withdraw the posts advertised without giving any reason thereof.
