In
order to encourage professionalism in the Voluntary Sectors, the
Council makes campus recruitment each year from reputed Institutions
like IRMA, TISS, IIFM, DSSW etc. and deputes the recruits to work
with Voluntary Organisation(s) (VO) and CAPART's own offices. Each
Young Professional receives a monthly stipend Rs 16000/- for first year. The VO
has to bear a quarter of this amount. After completion of their
tenure the Young Professionals can apply for a starter
package to start their own VO. read
