Expression of Interest (EoI)

 

Sub: Invitation for submitting Expression of Interest (EoI) for  Impact Assessment of     Nirmal Gram Abhiyan (NGA)& Grameen VIkas Andolan (GVA)- regarding.

 

           

            Council for Advancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) is going to conduct an Impact Assessment of its programme namely Nirmal Gram Abhiyan (NGA) and Grameen Vikas Andolan (GVA). It has been decided to involve premier institutions for this purpose. Accordingly, Expression of Interest (EoI) are invited from premier institutions towards this purpose.

Eligibility criteria for the above mentioned work/ Impact Assessment for interested institution is as follows:-

1.      The Organization/ Institution should be experienced in handling similar type of work/ assignments.

2.      The Organization/ Institution should have successfully completed works/assignments as stated below during the last five years ending last day of the month of September 2009.

A.     Two similar work/assignment/ impact assessment of similar schemes on which Rs. 10 Crores or more was involved.

B.     One work/assignment/ impact assessment of similar nature for any Central/ State Govt. / Central Autonomous Body/ Central Public Sector Undertaking. Similar work means, “Impact Assessment of Awareness Generation and Capacity Building programme under Sanitation issues, Use of safe drinking water and water conservation and activities under other schemes of the Ministry of Rural Development (Please visit www.rural.nic.in )”.

C.     Should have adequate professional staff for carrying out Impact Assessment. 

D.     Should have an average annual turn over of One Crore or more since last three years.

E.      A Completion certificate should have been issued by the previous client.

3.      EoI submitted by the Organization/ Institution without enclosing all the above prescribed document shall not be considered for evaluating their eligibility criteria.

4.      EoI supported by prescribed documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribed “ EoI for Impact Assessment of Nirmal Gram Abhiyan (NGA) and Grameen Vikas Andolan (GVA)” up to 5:30 pm on 31-10-2009 in the CAPART office at 2^nd Floor, 5- A (Core- C), India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi- 110003.

CAPART reserves the right to reject any EoI without assigining any reason.
